Refunds & Returns

Our goal is to make sure you have a great experience with HYDRAGUN and your new purchase. However, if in any case, you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will accept returns within 30 days of you receiving the product. Any returns after this period will not be accepted. In addition, please note the following:

• The return address will be provided by our Customer Care Team during the return process.
• Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the original cords, accessories, and documentation that were included when you first received it.
• Only items that have been purchased directly from our Official Sites can be returned to us.
• VROOM branded products purchased through other retailers must be returned directly to them in accordance to their respective returns and refunds policy. Items which are damaged or defective may be returned pursuant to VROOM's Warranty policy.
• VROOM is not responsible for return shipping, the return shipping label is the responsibility of the customer.
• There is no restocking fee

How Do I Initiate a Return?

1. Please contact our Customer Care Team at help@vroomathletic to initiate the return and kindly provide them with your order number. 
2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Note that arrangements will be made by us once we receive your return request, and will differ according to country.
4. Please note that VROOM does not cover shipping costs for International orders outside of the united states.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products and supplements). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is completed, we'll send out the new size.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
